ONE PROGRAM

Where did the idea of One Program originate?

​

After working in the cleaning industry for several years the owner, Aisha, realized that the cleaning business generally was disorganized.  Based upon hourly rates the client (you) was given a quoted, site unseen, price on number of bedrooms, and bathrooms.  Sometimes it was a good quote.  Other times it was way off.  100% of the risk was on the client (you).  She Asked Why?

Aisha worked for a hotel chain in Texas that paid by the room.  That meant that she was in charge of her work.  If she wanted to earn more she cleaned faster.  If the quality manager found errors she got her pay reduced.  So she had to work fast, yet get the job done right.  This meant that the work 'Risk' was on her.

FAMILY BUSINESS

Aisha (and her husband) live in Oneonta, NY.  Their children attend public school.  She hires locally.

The One Clean pays its employees a living wage starting at $15/hour, with annual cost of living adjustments (based on index), annual bonus, flexible work hours, etc.

ONE PRICE ONE CLEAN

We only know one way to clean, and that is clean.  The owner puts her name behind all work.
